Kim Hawkins has served as Chief Executive Officer of KR Construction Group since 2003. Under his leadership, KR Construction Group has become a trusted nationwide commercial contractor known for delivering complex construction projects with a focus on excellence, safety, and client satisfaction. With over two decades of construction experience, Kim’s career began as a carpenter helper and progressed through roles as foreman and project manager, overseeing more than 30 commercial projects. His hands-on experience and leadership have been central to KR Construction Group’s success in the industry.

Jacky Arce-Castro is the Vice President of Business Development at KR Construction Group, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, builds client partnerships, and drives market expansion across the hospitality and construction sectors. She brings extensive experience from her leadership roles in construction-focused ventures, including consulting and custom remodeling.
Jacky has also earned the IRS VITA/TCE Advanced Certification, reflecting her expertise in analysis and compliance.
